Healing your relationship with food is not something that can be rushed, forced, or fixed with the right plan.
It’s a process that unfolds as your body begins to feel safer – often for the first time in a long while.
The ways of working together below are designed to offer steady, trauma-informed support, at a pace that respects your nervous system and your lived experience. There is no pressure to choose quickly, and no expectation to know what you need right away.
One-to-One Trauma-Informed Coaching
A private, supportive space to explore your relationship with food gently and at depth.
This option is for you if you want:
individual attention and pacing
space to slow down and listen to your body
somatic releasing of stored emotions
a relationship where nothing has to be justified or explained away
Our work together is not focused on controlling behaviour or “getting it right.”
Instead, we pay attention to what your body has learned, how your nervous system responds to stress, and what helps you feel safer around food and eating.
Change is allowed to happen gradually, as trust grows.
£95 per 60-minute session
One-to-One Trauma-Informed Coaching Packages (4 or 8 sessions)
For women who want continuity and spaciousness over time.
Ongoing packages offer:
regular, steady sessions
time to integrate change slowly
support through different seasons and fluctuations
less urgency, more settling
This option is especially supportive if your food struggles have been present for a long time, or if you know that consistency helps your nervous system feel held.
There is no expectation to move faster than your body is ready for.
Progress here is measured in softening, awareness, and increased ease – not in outcomes you have to prove.
4-Session Package: £350 (Save £30)

Trauma-Informed Coaching Packages with Midweek Support
For those who find extra check-ins helpful, these packages include weekly midweek support via WhatsApp, email, or a short 10-minute call. This additional guidance can help you stay on track and navigate challenges as they arise.
4-Session Package + Midweek Support: £420
8-Session Package + Midweek Support: £790
Discovery Call
Choosing support is an important and often vulnerable decision.
I offer a free 20-minute discovery call so you can:
share a little about what’s been going on for you
ask questions
get a sense of whether this feels like a safe and supportive fit
There is no pressure to decide anything on the call.
Sometimes clarity comes simply from being heard.
A note on faith
Many of the women I work with carry their faith alongside their food struggles.
If faith is important to you, it is welcomed and held with care.
It is never used to push, correct, or override what your body is communicating.
Rest, compassion, and safety – not striving – are the ground this work stands on.

You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear plan.
